There needs to be more light shined on this sort of nonsense, as it is established energy companies like AEP which are also supporting these pretend “cap and trade” programs, as it corporate welfare, and exempts companies like AEP for many years while harming competitors. (Even though Gov. Strickland is no fan of a competitive energy market anyway, and in 2008 passed a sweeping re-reg bill, which was unanimously approved by the GOP-controlled Senate.)
