Attention John Kasich Campaign
Kyle Sisk is rude, in your face, and when it comes to being “unfiltered” he puts me to shame. He is way too squishy on many issues and has helped elect tax-hiking Republicans. He is often wrong. And when I first started to work in politics he was described to me as some sort of a scary boogie man who knew how to win elections and where the proverbial bodies are buried.
BUT, over the past few months I’ve gotten to know Kyle. He is a likable guy, caring father, and a brilliant Atwater-style political tactician. He knows how political fundraising works, and should perhaps teach for the Leadership Institute.
And his blog, for all of its frantic craziness and typos, is damn good.
While it’s neat that Kasich’s campaign links to 32 Ohio blogs and I hate it when bloggers talk about themselves, it is quite noticeable that they went out of their way to avoid Kyle, while picking at least 5 sites I’ve never even heard of… and I monitor this nonsense probably more than anyone. (Kyle wrote about this situation after I sent him the link.)
Therefore, I demand that John Kasich’s campaign add Kyle Sisk to his blogroll, or I will start forwarding any traffic to my site from johnkasich.com to one of those dirty website links from my spam folder.
